Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I for remote coverage in the United States. The role performs scheduled preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs with support, working mostly independently yet coordinating with the Area Service Manager.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a relevant field, at least one year of field service experience, strong communication, and solid problem-solving skills, with a valid driver's license and

Qualifications

Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science, or equivalent.
Minimum one year of field service experience.
Knowledge of assigned equipment to provide timely repair and maintenance.
Active listening and above average customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain FDA and company paperwork.

Responsibilities

Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
Performs unscheduled maintenance with technical support.
Work independently on preventative maintenance, with assistance on unscheduled tasks.
Installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment with some assistance.
Maintain excellent relations with field personnel and management.
Navigate administrative duties: timecards, work orders, inventory, and QA/RA tasks.
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
