Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled service on imaging systems within a service area, with some unscheduled work. The role requires installing, maintaining, and repairing medical imaging equipment while keeping up with FDA/ISO documentation.

Candidates should have an associate degree in a relevant discipline and at least one year of field service experience, plus a valid driver’s license. Remote work options are limited; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of field service experience.
• Ability to work with FDA and ISO requirements and maintain paperwork.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance with support.
• Works independently on preventative maintenance with assistance on unscheduled tasks.
• Performs installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment.
• Maintains excellent relations with field personnel and home office staff.
• Maintains administrative duties including expense reports, timecards, and QA/RA work.
• Maintains customer service records per Fujifilm policies.
• Maintains daily communications with customers for proper follow-up.
