Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation in Boston, MA is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled service on imaging systems within a service area, with some unscheduled support as directed by the Area Service Manager.

The role requires strong technical, administrative, and customer relations skills, with expected travel and compliance with FDA/ISO requirements. A 1-year field service background and an associate degree in a relevant field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, electronics, or computer science.
• Minimum one year of field service experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on imaging systems.
• Carry out unscheduled maintenance with support assistance.
• Installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts inventory, and QA/RA documentation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
