Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation in the United States is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled maintenance on imaging systems within a defined service area, with occasional unscheduled work guided by the Area Service Manager. You will maintain strong customer relations and complete administrative duties with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in engineering/computer science.
• Minimum one year of field service experience.
• Knowledge of equipment and ability to repair/maintain.
• Strong listening, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to interpret technical issues clearly for customers.
• Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance as directed.
• Handle unscheduled maintenance with assistance.
• Work independently on preventative tasks with some support for urgent issues.
• Install or de-install products and peripheral equipment with some help.
• Maintain good relationships with field, home office, and management teams.
• Complete administrative duties: timecards, work orders, parts inventory, and training.
