You will handle scheduling across multiple imaging locations while maintaining high patient service standards. The role requires strong medical terminology knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently from a remote setting in California.

Qualifications

• Epic experience for patient scheduling is required.
• At least 2 years of medical scheduling experience.
• Imaging scheduling experience required.
• Experience scheduling CT and MRI appointments.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional and compassionate phone presence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Must reside in California.

Responsibilities

• Schedule imaging appointments including CT, MRI, ultrasound, X-ray, and other procedures.
• Manage inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Review and work scheduling queues to ensure timely patient access.
• Coordinate appointments across multiple imaging locations.
• Verify scheduling requirements for accuracy.
• Assist in reducing scheduling backlogs and improving access to services.
• Utilize medical terminology and imaging knowledge to support scheduling.
• Maintain productivity, accuracy, and quality standards while working remotely.
