Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a technology field is a plus.
• MCSE, Network+ and CIIP certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of field work in technical customer support with x-ray systems.
• 2–3 years in expert or specialist x-ray technology roles is highly desirable.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, EMR and related IT systems is preferred.
• US and Canada travel eligibility required.

Responsabilités

• Manage all AGFA imaging equipment within the assigned territory, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with peer Field Service Engineers and support teams to cover workloads.
• Provide feedback on performance, reliability, and design issues to product teams.
• Plan, execute, and validate installations with Project Management and Installation Teams.
• Support sales with pre/post sales activities and customer education.
• Develop action plans for additional AGFA service and upgrades with customers.
• Install software/hardware and perform performance analyses as needed.
• Escalate issues per standard processes and keep customers informed.
