Job summary

Colorado State University seeks a qualified IHBT Coach to train providers in the Intensive Home-Based Treatment model and to deliver systems-level consultation across Colorado. You will ensure fidelity, support local programs, and coordinate professional development efforts with CSU trainers.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in social work or related field, with licensure and 2+ years in training or program implementation in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, human development, or related field.
• Independent licensure with supervisory credentials in a qualifying discipline (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD).
• Minimum of two years of training, management, and program implementation experience in mental health or substance use settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IHBT core model training to behavioral health professionals and providers.
• Coach programs for fidelity and consistency of IHBT implementation.
• Lead or participate in learning communities and coaching activities.
• Shadow field staff to develop necessary skills and monitor progress.
• Coordinate statewide training plans and track attendance and CE certifications.
• Collaborate with state partners to provide IHBT overviews in targeted regions.
