Job summary

Colorado State University’s School of Social Work seeks an Intensive Home-Based Treatment Coach for the CO-SOC WCC to deliver training and consultation on IHBT and related practices across Colorado. The role focuses on building provider capacity, fidelity, and statewide workforce development.

The successful candidate will train clinicians and supervisors, coordinate with CSU trainers, and support ongoing accountability for training outcomes, ensuring timely completion of deliverables and reports

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Development, or related field.
• Independent licensure with supervisory credentials in Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
• Minimum of two (2) years of training, management, and program implementation experience in mental health or substance abuse.

Responsibilities

• Participate in train-the-trainer events and demonstrate expert training competencies for IHBT curriculum.
• Provide quality IHBT training to behavioral health professionals to build foundational knowledge.
• Coach and consult IHBT programs (supervisors and direct staff) to ensure fidelity.
• Deliver professional development activities including learning communities and coaching.
• Shadow direct care staff and supervisors to develop necessary skills.
• Assist in statewide IHBT training processes and needs identification.
