Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Migration Tech Lead to guide a major cloud ERP migration through go-live and stabilization. This remote, temporary engagement focuses on directing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring timely delivery.

You will coordinate integration testing, system validation, and cutover activities, working closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and external partners to resolve blockers and align with project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Systems (master's preferred).
• Extensive hands-on IFS Cloud experience (Apps 10) and ERP background.
• 7–8 years ERP experience with at least 1 year leading a large ERP project.
• Ability to drive technical direction and coordinate a seven-person team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; work with IT leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily technical execution of the IFS Cloud migration and team tasks.
• Coordinate integration testing, validation, and cutover planning for go-live.
• Identify risks and blockers, ensuring delivery on milestones.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, PM, and partners to align technical activities.
• Oversee hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
