The IFB Broker Experience Representative acts as a primary contact for broker partners, troubleshooting enrollment, eligibility, marketing, and related inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.

This remote role supports brokers by coordinating with internal teams, resolving operational issues, and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, health insurance, or broker services.
• Experience with Individual & Family Business (IFB) products.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for broker service inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
• Triage and resolve questions related to marketing materials and/or enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with broker partners.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
