Job summary

Isuzu Global Service Systems Llc is seeking a customer support specialist to assist IGSS retail and fleet customers with IDSS issues by phone and email, and to monitor both retail and wholesale orders.

Responsibilities include answering the IDSS technical support line for USA and Canada dealers, providing remote technical support for hardware and software, troubleshooting install and programming problems, and coordinating parts orders and inbound/outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent directly related work experience.
• Minimum three years of customer service experience.
• Technical/customer relations training courses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IDSS technical support line for USA and Canada dealers, E-IDSS users, and aftermarket subscription holders.
• Provide remote technical support via phone and internet for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for E-IDSS, including install problems, web updater problems, no communication, registration keys reissue, programming errors, and hardware repairs.
• Assist as needed in the fulfillment of website (dealer and aftermarket) orders.
• Support the coordination of parts ordering and inbound and outbound shipment logistics.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
