Job summary

University of Idaho is seeking an IdahoSTARS Customer Support Specialist I to provide responsive help to child care professionals using the RISE data management system related to ICCP and licensing. You will be the primary contact for program participants, collaborate with the team, and perform data entry and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in business administration or early childhood preferred.
• One year of customer support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive customer support to child care professionals using RISE.
• Facilitate clear communication between participants and program leadership.
• Maintain program calendars and schedules and provide admin support.
• Serve as primary contact with program participants and perform data entry.
• Collaborate with a team and use word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet research.
