Isuzu North America is seeking an IDSS Support Specialist to assist IGSS retail and fleet customers via phone and email, resolving software/hardware issues related to IDSS. You will monitor orders, help customers with e-commerce issues, and coordinate parts ordering and shipment logistics.

The role emphasizes remote technical support, strong communication, and independent problem solving in a fast-paced automotive environment with extensive perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent directly related work experience.
• Minimum three years of customer service experience.
• Technical/customer relations training courses.

Responsibilities

• Answer the IDSS technical support line for USA and Canada dealers, engine users, and aftermarket subscribers.
• Provide remote technical support over the phone and internet.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for E-IDSS including install problems and web updater issues.
• Assist in fulfillment of website orders and coordinate parts shipping.
