You will test providers, integrate APIs, and document market and regulatory constraints with working prototypes, delivering reusable research systems rather than one-off reports. This remote engagement emphasizes hands-on API evaluation, sandbox prototyping, and clear, reproducible findings for Product, Engineering, Security/Compliance, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience consuming third-party APIs and SDKs.
• Comfort with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST/JSON, OAuth or API-key authentication, Postman, curl, Git, and basic cloud tooling.
• Excellent technical research skills; ability to distinguish primary evidence and independent testing.

Responsibilities

• Identify identity-verification, data sources, eID, document-verification, biometric, liveness, and fraud-signal providers.
• Test and prototype REST APIs and SDKs in sandbox environments.
• Document implementation details so not starting from scratch and provide testable results.
