Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID. You will configure biometric authentication, liveness checks, and identity controls aligned with NIST guidelines, while onboarding employees, contractors, and privileged users.

The role includes integrating 1Kosmos with Entra ID/Azure AD, managing API-based workflows, and ensuring secure passwordless access across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IAM experience.
• 2+ years hands-on 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID implementation.
• Experience implementing identity proofing, passwordless authentication, and biometric verification.
• Experience with enterprise identity lifecycle management and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID.
• Configure document verification, biometric authentication, liveness detection, and identity controls.
• Integrate 1Kosmos with Entra ID/Azure AD and other IAM platforms.
• Develop and support API-based integrations for identity workflows.
• Configure SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM integrations.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot authentication issues.
