Job summary

EY is seeking an Identity Verification Engineer to design and implement identity proofing workflows using 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID, and to configure biometric verification, liveness detection, and onboarding processes for a secure enterprise environment.

You will integrate 1Kosmos with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, manage authentication workflows, and support passwordless strategies across IAM platforms. Strong collaboration with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IAM experience.
• 2+ years hands-on 1Kosmos or Microsoft Verified ID implementation.
• Experience with identity proofing, passwordless authentication, and biometrics.
• Experience with enterprise identity lifecycle management and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity proofing workflows per NIST 800-63 guidelines.
• Configure and support document verification, biometric authentication, liveness checks.
• Manage onboarding journeys for employees, contractors, vendors, and privileged users.
• Integrate IAM platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping) and HR systems.
• Develop API-based integrations and configure SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM.
• Monitor platform health and troubleshoot identity verification issues.
