Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. is seeking a seasoned information security professional with a focus on Identity and Access Management to drive strategic security initiatives for enterprise clients.

The role emphasizes sales-aligned advisory work, cross-portfolio collaboration, and delivering tailored IAM solutions. The position offers a remote/flexible work arrangement with opportunities to engage with leading technology partners, attend events, and contribute to client roadmaps and security programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in an information security role focused on Identity and Access Management.
• Experience speaking and evangelizing technology vision at events.
• Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter able to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to travel around 25% or as needed.
• Expertise with Identity Tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Beyond Trust, Idria (CyberArk).
• CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, GIAC or other relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive generation services and meet or exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives with account teams.
• Qualify leads and manage proposals, contracts, and follow-through to closure.
• Articulate how Optiv solutions meet client needs at leadership level and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with service delivery to ensure value and client satisfaction.
