Job summary

SPHERE is seeking a Platform/Implementation Engineer to deploy and validate SPHEREboard within enterprise environments. You will work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure production readiness and a smooth handoff from discovery through deployment.

The role requires deep Windows infrastructure expertise, experience in enterprise deployments, and strong communication skills to translate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Windows infrastructure engineering or administration experience.
• Experience deploying to enterprise customers in technical projects.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration (IIS/.NET), plus Linux/UNIX knowledge.
• Experience with Active Directory and identity technologies (Entra ID, LDAP, Okta).
• Strong PKI and certificate handling skills.
• Networking, DNS, firewalls, TLS basics, and security fundamentals.
• SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and validate SPHEREboard components with enterprise integrations.
• Lead customer workshops and translate technical concepts for audiences.
• Gather requirements, identify risks, and ensure production readiness.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end across identity, network, app services, and databases.
• Create runbooks, document environment details, and provide training.
