Job summary

You will partner with the Implementation Manager and customer security teams to move from discovery to production readiness and handoff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience with enterprise security and identity governance environments is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience deploying and integrating enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, validate SPHEREboard components and data collectors.
• Integrate with directory services, identity platforms, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Lead or participate in customer workshops and status meetings.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end across identity, networks, and servers.
• Create implementation documentation and runbooks.
• Provide customer administrator training and knowledge transfer.
