Job summary

SPHERE is the global leader in Identity Hygiene. The Platform/Implementation Engineer role centers on hands-on deployment, configuration, integration, and validation of SPHEREboard in enterprise environments, collaborating with customers and internal teams to move from discovery to production readiness.

You will work with customer infrastructure teams, run workshops, document configurations, and ensure data quality through validation and SQL-based checks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Windows infrastructure engineering or administration.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers on deployments or upgrades.
• Windows Server administration including IIS/.NET hosting; Linux/Unix knowledge.
• Experience with AD/Entra ID/LDAP and identity concepts.
• PKI certificate management with CA-signed certs.
• Strong networking, DNS, firewall troubleshooting in enterprise.
• SQL Server installation, configuration, and data analysis.
• PowerShell scripting for automation; Bash/Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and validate SPHEREboard components and integrate with sources.
• Lead customer workshops and status calls; translate technical concepts.
• Troubleshoot end-to-end across identity systems, networks, and databases.
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries and data mappings for implementations.
• Create and maintain implementation documentation and runbooks.
• Provide customer training and knowledge transfer.
