Sutherland in New York seeks a New Hire Compliance Manager to oversee identity and location verification across the remote employee lifecycle, enforcing pre-hire validation, onboarding checks, and continuous monitoring with Sentinel Vision, Zscaler, Webex Console, and Yubikey.

You will coordinate with InfoSec, IT, Talent Acquisition, and HR to resolve access violations within SLAs, maintain secure audit trails, and report risks monthly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, Information Security, Compliance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, or HR Operations with leadership.
• Strong MS Office and data privacy knowledge; ability to handle sensitive HR data.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Identity & Location Assurance: oversee pre-hire, onboarding, and ongoing identity checks across remote staff.
• Continuous governance: monitor verification gates, IP/geolocation checks and audit trails.
• Exception management: escalate incidents, pause access when needed, coordinate with teams.
• Governance & reporting: compile monthly risk and performance reports for leadership.
