Placements24 is seeking an experienced Information Security Compliance Manager to build and maintain a robust compliance program in a fully remote environment. You will ensure adherence to data privacy laws and industry standards, lead audits, and drive governance improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of compliance experience, and proven ability to manage regulatory reporting and remediation efforts across ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR/POPIA

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in information security compliance and governance.
• In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Proven experience in conducting audits and managing remediation efforts.
• Excellent understanding of security controls and their implementation.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's information security compliance program.
• Ensure adherence to regulations such as POPIA, GDPR, and industry-specific requirements.
• Conduct internal and external security audits and assessments.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and external auditors.
