Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Principal Identity Governance Lead to design and oversee a comprehensive IAM program. You will collaborate with IAM, IT, Security, and AI Governance to align with Hyland's AI-first strategy and ISO/SOC2 frameworks.

You will lead governance design, coordinate with third-party assessors, and drive adoption through training and metrics. Strong leadership and cloud identity expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of identity management experience in enterprise env.
• Demonstrated expertise in IAM governance and architecture.
• Experience leading large-scale identity program transformations.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC2 controls related to identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and redesign of identity governance architecture with partners.
• Design RBAC models and delegation patterns for human and non-human identities.
• Coordinate with IAM/PAM teams to integrate governance into operations.
• Establish workflows for access provisioning, recertification, and deprovisioning.
• Advise leadership on identity strategy and governance improvements.
