• Use investigative tools like LexisNexis and Socure to inform determinations.
• Document steps, findings, and case determinations clearly in case management systems.
• Manage caseloads to meet production, timeliness, and quality targets.
• Escalate complex cases and potential control gaps to leadership as needed.
• As needed, draft SOPs, job aids, and training materials for investigators.
