Job summary

The role guides departmental strategies, oversees integrations into Access Management Platforms, and ensures compliance with major frameworks while supporting audits and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise information security analysts and access security operations activities.
• Conduct annual risk assessments as required by the department and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain departmental standards and procedures.
• Ensure implementation of recommended security controls across systems.
• Manage customer support requests and tickets.
• Work with University departments regarding role creation and system integrations into Access Management Platforms.
• Oversee process flows for access activities.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Prepare access metrics and dashboards for leadership.
• Supervise 2+ FTE employees.
