UMC Health System is seeking an IT Identity & Access Management Specialist to ensure proper access to systems, applications, and secure areas. You will handle user account administration, interface with business units, and support compliance initiatives under the ISO guidance.

Responsibilities include managing physical and logical access controls, maintaining security profiles, coordinating with HR and security leaders, and providing after-hours support.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience with Information Technology concepts and applications.
• Security+ certification within 12 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Maintain personnel and facility access control information and security clearance data.
• Manage physical and logical access control applications and tools.
• Perform Security Profile Assessments to verify appropriate clearance levels.
• Coordinate with HR and security teams to understand access needs.
• Maintain security camera systems and infant tracking system.
• Liaise with system vendors to ensure high uptime and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot user access issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Identify and implement improvements to access request processes.
• Provide on-call support on a rotating basis for urgent issues.
• Monitor compliance with established security rules and regulations.
• Keep procedures and knowledge articles up to date for each app/process.
