You will lead the access control platform strategy, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and security partners to deliver reliable, secure authentication and authorization across dashboards, APIs, and data stores.

You will grow the team, define roadmap, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire and onboard engineers and evolve team norms and cadence.
• Monitor SLOs, SLAs, and health of the system in production and act to meet reliability goals.
• Work with security and compliance partners on reviews and audits.
