Hall & Evans, LLC invites an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Missoula team. We seek candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of experience defending civil litigation matters. The role offers a hybrid schedule: 2 days remote from home and 3 days in our Missoula office.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Montana.
• Independent case-file management capability.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Interest in marketing and client development.
• Ability to travel as required; trial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defend civil litigation cases with at least 2+ years of experience.
• Maintain case files with autonomy and diligence.
• Collaborate with partners and team members in Missoula.
• Represent clients in negotiations, discovery, and court proceedings.
