Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Billings team. We require a minimum of 2+ years' defense experience in civil litigation, with a hybrid schedule of 2 days remote and 3 days in-office.

The ideal candidate has Montana bar license, strong writing and research skills, excellent communication, and the ability to travel and manage case files independently. A competitive benefits package is offered.

• Ability to travel is required
• Trial experience preferred

• Manage case files independently with strong organization
• Collaborate with partners and associates to prepare defenses and motions
• Travel as needed to court appearances, depositions, or client meetings
