Job summary

Corning Inc. seeks an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Administrator/Analyst to support the monthly IBP process, translating customer demand and business drivers into a quantified forecast.

You will coordinate with Commercial, Supply, Operations, and Finance to maintain accurate Demand plans and communicate risks and opportunities. The role requires strong analytical capability, business judgment, and collaboration skills to ensure timely and credible demand storytelling within SharePoint S&OP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; experience with structured data in business systems (SharePoint/ERP/CRM).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand-planning activities within the monthly IBP cycle with stakeholder interviews and data collection.
• Partner with Commercial stakeholders to understand demand drivers and planned actions.
• Translate inputs into a time-phased demand forecast and maintain forecast records in the SharePoint S&OP site.
• Own and maintain the demand assumptions file with clear documentation and updates.
• Validate forecast submissions for completeness and reasonableness; resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Analyze prior-cycle changes, forecast accuracy, trends, and risks to support planning decisions.
• Present demand insights during reviews and drive cross-functional alignment and continuous IBP improvement.
