Dover seeks an Investment Banking & M&A Expert for a contract role. Remote - US/Canada preferred; UK and Latin America also considered.

Time commitment is 10+ hours/week, with 20+ preferred; you will develop realistic deal environments and use AI agents to create and review valuation models, CIMs, pitch books, and client deliverables.

Required: 5+ years in IB/M&A, hands-on modeling, and experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.

Competenze

• 5+ years of professional experience in investment banking, M&A, or sell-side advisory.
• Hands-on experience building valuation models, comparable-company analyses, CIMs, pitch books, and client-facing materials for live deals.
• Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork for substantive work. General chatbot use alone is insufficient.

Mansioni

• Build realistic transaction environments containing company information, financial statements, diligence materials, and deal context.
• Design multi-step tasks involving valuation, comparable-company analysis, financial modeling, and sell-side advisory.
• Use agentic AI tools to develop and review CIMs, pitch books, valuation models, and supporting deliverables.
