OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking an Investment Banking and M&A AI Evaluation Expert. This remote contractor role focuses on evaluating AI-generated investment banking and M&A work, including valuation models, CIMs, pitch books, and deal analysis.

You will create realistic transaction environments, use agentic AI tools, and assess quality, completeness, accuracy and presentation. At least five years in IB/M&A required; 10+ hours weekly, with 20+ preferred; US/UK/Canada applicants welcomed.

• Build scenarios based on valuation, comparable-company analysis, financial modeling, and sell-side advisory work.
• Create and review CIMs, pitch books, valuation models, task instructions, and supporting files.
• Write objective standards for evaluating AI-generated transaction work.
• Turn complex transaction workflows into realistic scenarios, instructions, and evaluation criteria.
