Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, M&A or sell-side advisory.
• Hands-on experience building valuation models, comps, CIMs, pitch books, and client-facing materials for live deals.
• Experience using agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork for substantive work.

Responsibilities

• Build realistic transaction environments containing company information, financial statements, diligence materials, and deal context.
• Design multi-step tasks involving valuation, comparable-company analysis, financial modeling, and sell-side advisory.
• Use agentic AI tools to develop and review CIMs, pitch books, valuation models, and supporting deliverables.
• Turn live-deal workflows into realistic scenarios, supporting files, and client-facing deliverables.
• Verify the quality of materials developed with AI agents.
