Job summary

micro1 seeks a candidate with 5+ years in investment banking, M&A, or sell-side advisory to join its analytics team. You will build valuation models, conduct comps, CIMs, and pitch books for live deals, and craft client-facing materials.

Experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork is highly valued, beyond basic chatbot use. Availability for 20+ hours per week is a plus.

Corporate carve-out experience — strongly preferred.
Experience at a top-tier investment bank or M&A advisory firm.
Industrials sector experience.
Experience developing review standards, training junior professionals, or writing internal playbooks.
Prior benchmark development or AI evaluation experience.
Availability for 20+ hours per week.
