Job summary

Quadcode is seeking an IB & Affiliate Manager to grow our partner network globally, with a focus on Asia, in a fully remote, long-term service-provider arrangement. You will identify and onboard brokers, affiliates, and ad platforms, manage CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models, and support partners through activation and ongoing collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Forex/CFD affiliate leadership, a strong broker operations understanding, an existing network in the Middle East is a plus, and

Qualifications

2+ years as affiliate manager or bizdev in Forex/CFD.
Understanding of regulated broker operations.
Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication and structured approach.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Search and onboard IBs, affiliates, and ad platforms in your region.
Support partners through activation and ongoing work.
Manage CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Lot models.
Monitor partner performance and optimize results.
Assist in negotiations and deal closure.
Identify new growth opportunities.
