Job summary

Quadcode, a fintech company delivering SaaS trading tools to brokers worldwide, seeks an IB & Affiliate Manager to expand partner networks across key markets including the Middle East. This is a full-time remote role with long-term collaboration and EUR-based bonuses.

You will onboard IBs and affiliates, manage CPA/RevShare models, monitor performance, and help close deals. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• From 2 years as affiliate manager or bizdev in Forex/CFD.
• Understanding of regulated broker operations.
• Existing network of IBs/partners in the Middle East is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication and structured approach
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset

About the Team

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.

We are looking for an IB & Affiliate Manager to join our team and help grow our partner network across key markets, including the Middle East.
