Job summary

VF Corp. is seeking a Senior Architect for Identity and Access Management to lead IAM design and delivery across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will shape roadmaps, drive modernization, and collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and App teams to ensure scalable, secure identity services.

You will mentor IAM engineers, align with Zero Trust principles, and manage integrations with enterprise systems, ensuring strong access controls and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Information Security with strong IAM experience.
• Experience implementing IAM technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar.
• Solid understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, Federation (SAML/OIDC), PAM, IGA, and directory services.
• Experience designing IAM in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust and identity-centric security models.
• Experience with compliance, audit, and access governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of IAM solutions with scalability and security in mind.
• Define and maintain architecture standards for authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, and privileged access.
• Support IAM integration across cloud platforms, SaaS apps, and enterprise systems.
• Drive enhancements to core IAM services: SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, IGA, PAM, and directory services.
• Partner with Security, Risk, and Audit teams to address findings and improve posture.
• Lead and mentor a team of IAM engineers and specialists.
