Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience in IAM, IT support, or training.
• Experience in hardware/software installation, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as Sales Engineer for Imprivata within Forward Advantage IAM.
• Deliver customer demonstrations and presentations.
• Coordinate system implementation and training under supervisor guidance.
• Prepare implementation/train schedules and ensure client readiness.
• Provide on-site and remote deployment and training with high customer service.
• Offer on-call user support as assigned.
• Communicate issues and feedback to team for improvements.
• Assist supervisor in training staff and sharing critical info.
