Job summary

Forward Advantage is seeking a Solutions Engineer I for a 100% remote role across the USA. You will support client deployments in IAM, including SSO, 2FA, and access management, guiding onboarding, trainings, and ongoing support.

You will work with the IM-One team reporting to the IM-One Manager, focusing on Imprivata IAM solutions, and coordinating scheduling, documentation, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on technical onboarding and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related experience and/or training in information systems or related field.
• Experience in user support, hardware/software installation, and system troubleshooting and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as Sales Engineer for Imprivata Product within Forward Advantage Identity & Access Management.
• Customer demonstrations/presentations.
• Coordinate system implementation and training as assigned under supervisor’s direction.
• Prepare implementation and training schedules and ensure client sites are prepared.
• Provide on-site and remote system implementation and training with professional service and customer satisfaction.
• Provide on-call user support as assigned.
• Communicate with team to address user concerns and system improvements.
• Follow up with clients and team members as appropriate.
• Assist supervisor in training staff and disseminating critical information.
• Develop and/or edit technical documentation and user manuals (Salesforce/Email/Client correspondence).
• Support other teams to ensure productive work environment.
