Job summary

Innovatus Technology Consulting is seeking a skilled Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer for a fully remote US-based role. You will design, implement, and support robust identity solutions and integration pipelines to support modernization efforts.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in directory services, federated identity providers, and automated deployment practices, with a preference for Ping Identity and related tooling.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret clearance required.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP architectures.
• Experience with modern Identity Providers (Ping Identity preferred).
• Hands-on DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identity Federation & Management: configure and optimize IdP for SSO and access control.
• Directory Services Administration: manage AD/LDAP schemas, synchronization and access.
• Pipeline Automation: build/maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Data Virtualization (Preferred): leverage identity virtualization tools where applicable.
