Job summary

Cerby is seeking a Solutions Engineer on the Solutions Engineering team to partner with sales and customer success. You will own the technical sales cycle—from discovery and design to demos and POC initiatives—focusing on IAM/IGA architectures and integration patterns.

Remote-friendly role with East Coast residence, requiring strong communication and hands-on IAM experience. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, and account teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer or similar role supporting enterprise solutions.
• Hands-on IAM/IGA experience with configuration and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of SAML/SCIM and REST API integrations.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored IAM/IGA solutions addressing security and compliance needs.
• Lead high-impact product demonstrations and POCs for prospects.
• Build custom demo environments and integration configurations.
• Engage security, IT, and engineering stakeholders for technical validation.
• Architect solutions using SCIM, SAML, REST APIs, and cloud directories.
• Create technical diagrams and implementation guides for customers.
