Zusammenfassung

ClickUp is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the IAM Platform team, delivering an enterprise-grade access management stack with robust authentication, authorization, and RBAC/ABAC. You will drive architecture decisions and partner with product, security, and sales to scale for multi-tenant customers.

You will run an AI-native, low-touch engineering org, enabling AI agent flows to automate reporting and reduce noise.

Qualifikationen

8+ years of professional software engineering in production SaaS.
3+ years leading engineering teams.
Hands-on IAM: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWTs, MFA/2FA, SSO.
Experience with multi-tenant architectures.
Ability to automate reporting with AI flows.
Strong communication across functions.
Experience with enterprise security/compliance.

Aufgaben

Lead IAM Platform engineering team; hiring, mentorship, and growth.
Own delivery of enterprise-grade access management platform: authentication/authorization, SCIM provisioning, and access-control primitives.
Set roadmap with product, security, and engineering leadership.
Run an AI-native team to reduce meetings and automate status reporting.
Partner with enterprise customers, GTM, and security teams on access requirements.
Own on-call rotation, migrations, reliability, and security boundaries.
Collaborate across backend, frontend, platform, product, design, and infosec.
