Qualifications

9+ years in infrastructure/platform engineering with 5+ years in engineering management leading distributed teams of senior engineers.
Deep AWS infrastructure mastery: EKS, networking (VPC/TGW/DNS), and Terraform at scale.
You are a working engineer as well as a manager, actively architecting, writing code, and leading.
Strong on strategic roadmap ownership across enterprise, AI, and cost, delivering against them.

Responsibilities

Lead migration of data workloads to EKS and self-hosting key services.
Consolidate legacy ALBs to a single EKS-managed ALB per shard to speed deployments.
Eliminate single points of ownership via cross-training and targeted hiring across teams.
Stand up recurring alignment with Product, AI, Enterprise, and Security for infra planning.
Own incident response, RCA follow-through, and deploy hardened patterns across the platform.
