Job summary

Ensono is seeking an IAM Analyst to support the organization’s identity and access management program. You will review and process access requests, manage user accounts across mainframe, cloud, and enterprise systems, and assist with audit requirements to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IAM tools, user provisioning, and access management in enterprise environments.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with audit processes, compliance frameworks, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provision, modify, and de-provision user accounts and access rights across multiple applications and platforms, including mainframe, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Perform user ID provisioning and access administration for security tools and applications, ensuring adherence to established security policies and procedures.
• Capture and record security event logging records related to IAM activities for subsequent review and compliance reporting.
• Review and process access requests, ensuring appropriate approvals and alignment with the principle of least privilege.
• Assist with internal and external audit requirements by providing evidence of access controls, user provisioning, and security event logs.
• Respond to audit questions related to IAM processes and system security, and support security improvement initiatives to meet audit and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of IAM solutions and improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify access requirements and resolve access-related issues.
• Document and maintain procedures for IAM operations and access management.
