Job summary

Repligen is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and governance of identity and access services across cloud and on‑prem environments. This hands‑on role focuses on Entra ID, MFA, PKI, SSO, and RBAC, partnering with HR, Infrastructure, and application owners to automate Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes and strengthen security controls.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in IAM, deep Microsoft identity expertise, and strong PowerShell automation skills to deliver

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on IAM experience in a large enterprise.
Deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID including CA/MFA.
SSO technologies: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos, SCIM provisioning.
JML processes and identity lifecycle workflows.
PIM, RBAC, access reviews, entitlement management, and access certification.

Responsibilities

Own admin and governance of IAM services.
Design, implement, and support authentication and authorization across cloud and on‑premises.
Maintain CA policies, MFA, passwordless authentication, and modern access management.
Manage SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos, and SCIM.
Automate provisioning and Joiner/Mover/Leaver workflows.
Develop dashboards and reporting for identity health and access governance.
Support compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
