Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an IAM Analyst to perform analysis, documentation, and governance work that enables an identity program to operate after implementation. You will build inventory, design review processes, and hand over to owners.

Work with three identity engineers on the same workstream in a remote engagement. W2 and corp-to-corp options with comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• IAM analyst experience in a Microsoft identity estate including Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Designing and running access reviews or user access certification campaigns end to end.
• Strong written documentation skills with deliverables that outlive the engagement.
• Ability to drive application owners to closure rather than only logging items.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the application authentication inventory with owners and target state.
• Design the access review scope, cadence, reviewers, evidence, and response actions.
• Configure and run the first Entra ID Governance access review cycle.
• Author runbooks and identity governance documentation with engineers.
• Assemble the evidence pack for quarterly identity testing with exec sign-off.
• Track joiner/mover/leaver exceptions through provisioning cutover.
• Handover cadences to named owners to ensure continuity after engagement.
