Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an IAM Analyst to support an identity program remotely. You will build an application authentication inventory, design and run the first access review, and develop runbooks and governance documentation with the identity engineers.

This role emphasizes turning engineering outputs into sustainable operations and requires collaboration with three identity engineers. Responsibilities include configuring Entra ID Governance cycles, tracking exceptions, and handing over

Qualifications

• IAM analyst or identity governance experience in a Microsoft identity estate (Entra ID, Active Directory)
• Experience designing and running access reviews or user access certification campaigns end to end
• Strong written documentation skills with durable deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to drive application owners to closure beyond logging items

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the application authentication inventory, including each application, its current authentication path, its owner, and its target state
• Design the access review, including scope, reviewers, cadence, evidence, and actions when a reviewer does not respond
• Configure the access review cycle in Entra ID Governance and run the first cycle
• Author administrative runbooks and identity governance documentation alongside engineers
• Assemble the evidence pack for the quarterly identity test cadence with executive sign-off
• Track joiner, mover, and leaver exceptions through the provisioning cutover and close each item
• Run handover to named owners to ensure cadences continue after the engagement ends
