Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an IAM Analyst for a remote engagement in the United States. You will perform analysis, documentation, and governance work to enable an identity program to operate after engineering completes implementation.

You will build the application authentication inventory, design the access review, and run its first cycle with engineers. You will collaborate with three identity engineers, convert engineering outputs into sustainable operations, and hand over processes to owners.

Qualifications

• IAM analyst or identity governance experience in a Microsoft identity estate including Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Experience designing and running access reviews or user access certification campaigns end to end.
• Strong written documentation with durable deliverables.
• Ability to drive application owners to closure rather than only logging items.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the application authentication inventory with owner and target state.
• Design the access review scope, reviewers, cadence, and evidence handling.
• Configure the access review cycle in Entra ID Governance and run the first cycle.
• Author administrative runbooks and identity governance documentation with engineers.
• Assemble the evidence pack for quarterly tests with executive sign-off.
• Track joiner/mover/leaver exceptions through provisioning and close items.
• Handover to named owners to sustain cadences after engagement ends.
