Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an IAM Analyst to support an identity program remotely. You will build the application authentication inventory, design the access review, and run its first cycle, partnering with three identity engineers.

Qualifications

• IAM analyst or identity governance experience in a Microsoft identity estate (Entra ID, AD, entitlements).
• Experience designing and running access reviews or user access certification campaigns end to end.
• Strong written documentation skills with deliverables that outlive the engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to drive application owners to closure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the application authentication inventory, including each application, its current authentication path, its owner, and its target state.
