Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to manage the full identity lifecycle across enterprise applications. You will architect, implement, and optimize IAM processes in collaboration with HR, IT, and compliance teams to strengthen security and compliance.

The role supports a flexible work arrangement with occasional travel for onboarding and training. Strong technical foundation and proactive problem-solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Cybersecurity or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM controls execution and configure IAM/SSO technology.
• Coordinate with HR to align access with lifecycle events.
• Identify and remediate IAM gaps across processes and systems.
• Collaborate with IT, data custodians and internal audit for IAM issues.
• Provide operational support for MFA, AD and IdM platforms.
• Respond to IAM incidents to minimize operational impact.
• Ensure IAM activities meet security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document IAM designs and train security staff.
